Hotelier Roundup Newsletter is delivered exclusively via email subscription. No app, print, or third-party platform subscriptions are offered. By subscribing, you agree to receive:

  • Monthly paid intelligence reports

  • Service-related communications

You may unsubscribe at any time via the link provided in the email footer.


2. Account and Subscriber Responsibility

You must provide accurate and up-to-date email and billing details at the time of subscription. Each subscription is for individual use only. You must not share, distribute, or provide access to paid content to any third party. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse or breach of these terms is identified.


3. Subscription and Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions may be offered on a recurring (monthly) or fixed-term basis. 4. Renewal and Cancellation

Where applicable, subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Access to paid content will remain available until the conclusion of the paid subscription period.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are limited and subject to the following conditions:

  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind, partial use of a subscription period, or failure to utilise the service.

  • Refunds may be considered where there is a major failure of service or where the service is not delivered as described, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

Where a refund is approved:

  • It will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for any unused portion of the subscription period; and

  • Requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe from the date of issue.
